AccountShark may restrict certain features or suspend an account when activity breaks marketplace rules, creates payment or security risk, or puts other users at risk.
A restriction does not erase your existing orders, disputes, balances, or other obligations. What you can do while restricted depends on the type and reason.
🚫 Account suspension
An account suspension restricts your ability to use AccountShark for new transactions.
Depending on the suspension, you may be unable to:
Place new orders
Create or publish listings
Accept new sales or boosting work
Make withdrawals or other balance transactions
Use other marketplace features
Existing order and transaction records are kept. If you have an active order, dispute, warranty claim, payment issue, or other unresolved matter, AccountShark can still review and resolve it.
A suspension while we look into something may be temporary. A suspension for breaking the rules is not.
📦 Selling restriction
A selling restriction removes your ability to list or accept new sales without necessarily suspending the rest of your AccountShark account.
You may still be able to sign in, buy, communicate about existing orders, and use other available account features.
Selling restrictions can result from repeated seller-performance problems or a single serious violation.
See Seller penalties for how seller violations, restrictions, and penalties are handled.
⚖️ Why can an account be restricted?
Reasons can include:
Fraud, scams, or attempted fraud
False, deceptive, or manipulated listings or evidence
Selling products you do not own, control, or have authorization to deliver
Non-delivery or repeated failure to fulfill orders properly
Reclaiming or interfering with something after selling it
Moving transactions or payments outside AccountShark
Chargebacks and payment disputes filed without contacting AccountShark first
Refund, payout, or other payment abuse
Creating or using additional accounts to evade a restriction
Identity or verification problems
Account security concerns or suspicious activity
Harassment, threats, impersonation, or abusive conduct
Refusing to cooperate with an active dispute, investigation, or required verification
Other serious or repeated violations of the Seller rules, marketplace policies, or AccountShark terms
Breaking the Terms of Service or the Seller rules means removal from AccountShark. The reason does not change the outcome. Fraud, scams, chargebacks, and every other violation on this list are grounds for permanent removal.
🔐 Security and verification restrictions
A restriction does not always mean AccountShark has determined that you broke a rule.
We may temporarily limit account activity when we need to resolve a security, identity, payment, or verification concern.
For example, additional review may be required if activity appears unusual or we need information before allowing a sensitive action to continue.
If AccountShark asks you to complete verification or provide information, follow the instructions attached to your account or contact Support.
💰 What happens to my balance and open orders?
A suspension does not make an existing order, dispute, debt, or balance disappear.
AccountShark may keep funds unavailable while an affected order, chargeback, warranty claim, fraud review, or other financial issue is being resolved.
Existing orders may still need to be completed, canceled, refunded, or otherwise resolved depending on their status.
If you have money in your AccountShark balance when your account is suspended, do not create another account or attempt to bypass the restriction to withdraw it. Contact AccountShark Support for information about the balance and any requirements that must be completed before eligible funds can be released.
Funds connected to fraud, scams, chargebacks, refunds, amounts owed to AccountShark, or unresolved transactions may remain held while those matters are investigated or settled.
🧭 How do I appeal a restriction or suspension?
If you believe your account was restricted incorrectly, contact AccountShark Support and ask for the decision to be reviewed.
Include:
The email address associated with your AccountShark account
Any relevant order or transaction numbers
A short explanation of what happened
Any evidence that helps explain the activity or decision
If you cannot sign in, use an available AccountShark Support contact method and contact us from the email address associated with the account where possible.
AccountShark will review the account history and relevant evidence before deciding whether the restriction should remain, be changed, or be removed.
Do not create another account while restricted or suspended. Using another account to bypass an AccountShark restriction can result in additional enforcement and may affect your appeal.
