Report a scam, a phishing attempt, a suspicious seller or a problem on your own account as early as you can. The messages, usernames and screenshots are what support works from, and they are easiest to capture while the exchange is still in front of you.

Anyone asking you to pay or deliver off-platform, or offering a better deal outside AccountShark.
A request to pay an address, handle or recipient your order does not show.
A suggestion to finish delivery over Discord, email or another messenger.
Messages after your password, recovery codes, 2FA codes or card numbers.
An unsolicited account or invite claiming to be AccountShark support.
A listing that looks fake or misdescribed.
Anything on your own account you did not do.
đŁ How to report it
Use order chat if it relates to an order, so the record stays attached to the transaction. Otherwise use live chat, email or Discord. Include screenshots, usernames, order numbers and what you were asked to do. Then stop engaging, and carry on with the order as normal while it is looked at.
Support will never ask for your password, recovery codes or 2FA codes. Anyone asking is not AccountShark support, however convincing the account looks. Payment details and order changes are only ever confirmed through the order itself or the site.
If you see a sign-in you do not recognise, or a change you did not make: secure the email address or the Google, Discord or Apple account you sign in with, because whoever controls that controls your AccountShark account. Turn on two-factor authentication there, sign out of other sessions, then contact support. There is no AccountShark password to change.
If you already paid someone off-platform, contact support with every detail and screenshot you have. Money sent outside an order was never held by AccountShark, and crypto transfers and wires cannot be pulled back. Report the account that asked: off-site dealing is a severe seller violation.
