Your AccountShark account is the home base for orders, sell submissions, payouts, and support. You can sign up in seconds, customize what you share, and connect Discord to keep order chats in one place. Most settings live in the account dashboard once you are signed in. The sign-in page is the entry point if you have not signed in yet.
💡 Quick tip: Sellers and boosters should set the payout email before their first sale completes. Payouts route to whatever email is on file at the time the sale is verified.
🚀 Creating an account
Discord, Google, or Apple sign-in. One click, no password to manage. We never store passwords for these providers.
Email magic link. Enter your email, click the link we send, and you are in.
Same email, multiple providers. If you sign in with Google and later with Apple using the same email, both providers map to the same AccountShark account.
💬 Linking Discord
Linking Discord lets us route order chats to the right handle, send fast updates, and tie booster or affiliate communications to your account. To link or unlink:
Open account settings.
Click the Discord card under linked accounts.
Authorize the OAuth flow when Discord prompts you.
Unlink from the same panel any time.

✉️ Updating your email
Open account settings, click Email, and enter the new address. We send a confirmation link to the new address before anything changes. Order chats already in flight stay open.
🏦 Setting your payout email (sellers, boosters, affiliates)
This is the address PayPal sends your money to. It is separate from your sign-in email so you can keep work payouts on a different inbox if you want.
Open account settings, then payout details.
Enter a valid PayPal-registered email.
Save. Changes apply to the next payout cycle, not retroactively.

🔐 Two-factor authentication
2FA uses any TOTP app (Authy, Google Authenticator, 1Password, others). It is required for sensitive actions such as changing your payout email and recommended for everyone. Save the backup codes shown at setup. They are how you recover 2FA if you lose your phone. If you lose both phone and codes, contact support with proof of identity.
🔔 Communications
Transactional email (order updates, payouts, security alerts) is always on.
SMS notifications are US-only and split into transactional, chat, and promotions. Reply STOP to opt out.
Discord pings arrive in your linked DMs only when you have an active order chat or are claiming work.
🔐 Privacy note: We retain transaction records for 5 years for financial compliance. After a deletion request, minimal data is kept for 12 months for dispute resolution. Everything else is purged within 30 days.
⚠️ If you cannot sign in
Try a different provider tied to the same email (Discord, Google, Apple, magic link).
Check the email address: buyers sometimes create separate accounts unintentionally.
