AccountShark refunds orders when nothing is delivered, the seller does not fulfill the order, or what you receive is significantly different from what you purchased and the seller cannot fix it.
Once an order has been delivered correctly, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind, accidental purchases, or deciding you no longer want something after receiving it.
đ° When can I get a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund when:
The seller does not respond or fulfill the order.
Nothing is delivered.
What you receive is significantly not as described and the seller cannot provide a working solution.
Where a problem can reasonably be corrected, the seller gets the opportunity to put it right first.
For example, incorrect login information does not automatically mean an account sale has failed if the seller can promptly provide the correct information. A boost that is missing part of the agreed objective may still be completed.
If there is no working solution, AccountShark can refund the order.
â What is not refundable?
A completed order is not refundable because:
You changed your mind.
You purchased it by mistake and it has already been delivered.
You no longer want or need what you bought.
The product or service matched its listing and the agreed order.
A problem was caused by your own actions after delivery.
Digital products and services cannot normally be returned in the same condition as physical goods, so a completed, correctly delivered order is a final sale.
Processing or payment fees are also nonrefundable, including when the purchase amount itself qualifies for a refund.
đŽ Refunds vs. the Account Warranty
Account purchases have two different kinds of protection.
A problem with the original delivery is handled through Apex Protection and the Refund Policy.
For example:
The account is never delivered.
The credentials provided do not work and the seller cannot fix them.
Important features or access promised in the listing are missing.
The account is significantly different from what was advertised.
A problem that happens after a successful account delivery may instead fall under the 12-month Account Warranty.
For example, if an account was delivered correctly and you later lose access because it is reclaimed through no fault of your own, that is a warranty claim rather than a refund for failed delivery.
Approved Account Warranty claims are settled in store credit.
See How does the account warranty work? for what is covered.
đ§ How to request a refund
If something is wrong with your order:
1. Open the affected order. 2. Tell the seller what went wrong through the order chat. 3. Give them an opportunity to fix the problem where a fix is possible. 4. If the problem is not resolved, report it through the order so AccountShark can review it. 5. Attach screenshots, error messages, delivery evidence, or anything else that shows the problem.
Keep the conversation and evidence inside AccountShark. Support reviews the listing, order terms, messages, delivery evidence, and the actions taken by both sides before deciding the outcome.
See How do disputes work? for the full process.
đł How will I receive my refund?
When AccountShark approves a refund, the refundable purchase amount is returned to the original payment method used for the order.
Once processed, refunds normally take 3-5 days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment and processing fees are nonrefundable.
