Manual methods are paid outside the card system, following the instructions attached to your order. The steps are the same across methods.
How to pay
Place your order and choose the manual method. Your order page then shows the payment instructions.
Send the payment exactly as instructed. Include your order number where a note or memo is requested.
For crypto, send only the currency shown, to the address on the order. Use the copy button to avoid errors.
Tap the confirm button on your order to tell us the payment is sent.
What happens next
A person on our team verifies the payment against your order number, during our operating window, roughly 9AM to 10PM EST. Once it is confirmed, the account is delivered to your order page. See how you receive account information.
Notes
Bank wire has a minimum order amount.
Send the exact amount shown. Incorrect crypto payments can be lost.
Keep your payment confirmation or transaction ID until the account is delivered.
