How do I edit or withdraw my listing?

Editing a live listing means unpublish, edit, republish. When you can unpublish or delete.

You edit a listing from your dashboard. While it is live and unsold, every detail on it is yours to change, including the price. Withdrawing works differently. It is a request rather than a switch, and a listing that already has an active order on it cannot come down until support has settled that order.

Keeping a listing accurate is part of the job. If an access detail, the price, an included asset, a restriction, or availability changes, update it before a buyer or a support agent acts on the old version.

✏️ Edit a listing

  1. Open the submission or listing in your dashboard.

  2. State exactly what changed.

  3. Attach fresh proof when the change touches a material claim.

  4. Wait for the listing or order record to show the change.

Price is yours to set and yours to move. Raise or lower it whenever you like while the listing is live and unsold, as long as no active order is relying on the current terms. See what fees AccountShark charges sellers for the commission to price against.

🗑️ Withdraw a listing

Request the withdrawal from the submission or listing in your dashboard, and contact support if you cannot complete it there. ⟪CONFIRM: the exact control a seller uses to withdraw an unsold listing, and whether withdrawing ever needs support when no order is open⟫.

One rule has no exceptions: do not sell, transfer, or materially change an account while an active order or delivery obligation still exists. An open order comes first. Support settles it, and the listing comes down once it is resolved.

✅ If an order is already open: contact support to settle that order first, and the listing can be withdrawn once it is resolved. Editing the listing does not change what the open order already committed you to.

Frequently asked questions

Can I lower or raise my price after listing?
Yes. You set the price on AccountShark, so you can move it at any point while the listing is live and unsold, as long as no active order depends on the current terms.

Can I withdraw a listing that already has an order?
Not on your own. Contact support to resolve that order first, and the listing can be withdrawn once it is settled.
