How do I edit or withdraw my listing?

How to change details, add proof, adjust price, or withdraw before a buyer commits.

Written by Jason M

You can usually edit or withdraw a submission before a buyer has committed. Once a buyer is matched, payment is pending, or handoff is scheduled, changes become more sensitive and may affect your seller record.

✅ Safe edits

  • Add newer screenshots or better proof.

  • Correct typos in account details.

  • Disclose history you forgot to include.

  • Change contact information before sale activity starts.

  • Ask for price review using evidence from How does AccountShark price my account?.

⚠️ Sensitive changes

Change

Why support reviews it

Withdrawing after buyer match

Buyer expectations and support work may already be committed.

Changing payout details

Payout redirect risk requires verification.

Changing account access

Support must confirm the account is still transferable.

Deleting proof

Review and dispute records may need to stay intact.

📝 How to request a change

Use the status page, email thread, or official support channel. Include your lookup code and the exact change you want. If you are unsure where to send it, read How do I contact AccountShark support?.

🦈 Edits are free anytime before signing. Withdrawing after agreement signing affects your seller record, so reach out via support before signing if anything looks off.
