Good screenshots reduce back-and-forth and improve pricing confidence. Capture proof from inside the account, crop private information carefully, and keep the images current.
📸 Core screenshots
Character select, roster, profile, or account overview.
Rank, rating, level, item level, or power progression screen.
Inventory, cosmetics, mounts, skins, titles, pets, achievements, or rare unlocks.
Account settings showing email/authenticator status with sensitive details masked.
Purchase history, receipts, or original creation proof if available.
Any warning, ban, recovery, or restriction history that needs disclosure.
✅ Quality rules
Use full-size screenshots, not blurry phone photos when avoidable.
Show enough UI context that support can tell which account and game it is.
Do not alter screenshots beyond masking private information.
Group images by game or character if the account has many assets.
📤 After upload
Support may ask for a fresh capture or a specific screen if pricing or verification depends on it. For the full submission flow, see How to sell an account?.
🦈 Screenshot quality: capture at native resolution with the in-game UI visible. Cropped phone photos of monitors fail review more often than not.
