Active orders are updated through the order page and official support channel. If the order uses Discord coordination, keep the order chat available. If you cannot find the chat, follow How do I contact AccountShark support? with your order number.

No update after the agreed delivery window.
Booster or supplier asks to change scope or payment.
Wrong amount, wrong character, or wrong objective.
