You can ask for additional screenshots or proof before buying if a listing detail matters to your decision. The best requests are specific, tied to the listing, and sent before you place the order. Send proof requests through the contact form or your existing order chat if one is open.
📸 Good proof requests
A current screenshot of character select, roster, rank, inventory, achievements, cosmetics, or currency.
A screenshot showing region, server, account age, or linked platform status.
Clarification about original email, authenticator, recovery, or account history.
Confirmation that a listed item, mount, skin, title, or unlock is still present.
📝 What to include
Send the listing URL or listing ID, the exact detail you want verified, and why it matters. Example: 'Can you confirm the Gladiator mount is still on this WoW account and show the mount journal entry?'
🚫 What may not be possible
Some publishers expose sensitive details that should be masked before screenshots are shared. Support may verify a detail internally without posting the full proof publicly. If the listing is not available or the seller cannot provide safe proof, support may recommend a different account or a custom request through How do I request an account that is not listed?.
⚠️ Specific requests get faster answers: ask for the exact screen, item, character, or unlock you want verified. "Show me more pics" is slower because we have to guess what you actually care about.
